Preparation and eating
1. break open the fruit by pressing your thumbs at the dented spot in the bottom.
2. Separate the fruit in half.
3. Peel the rind and remove all the fibrous filaments.

Usage
- Eaten fresh.
- Make juice.

Nutrition
High in potassium, Beta carotine and vitamin C.

Storage
2-4 weeks at 5-8 C, 90-95% RH
