Preparation and eating
1. break open the fruit by pressing your thumbs at the dented spot in the bottom.
2. Separate the fruit in half.
3. Peel the rind and remove all the fibrous filaments.

- Eaten fresh.
- Make juice.

High in potassium, Beta carotine and vitamin C.

2-4 weeks at 5-8 C, 90-95% RH

Avaibility : year round (peak period : Oct. - Feb.)

Shape flattened sphere with easily separated sections
Color thin yellowish green rind, easy to peel off
Taste sweet and slightly sour, juicy
